Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain electrical building services BIM models.
  • •Create and update model elements for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, and ELV infrastructure.
  • •Generate technical drawings and schedules from BIM models.
  • •Support clash detection by preparing models and maintaining model quality.
  • •Maintain model standards, project templates, and ensure compliance with project BIM execution plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 2 years' experience in BIM Modelling within a building services environment.
  • •Knowledge of electrical building services systems and how they are represented in BIM.
  • •Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit (MEP specialism), AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • •Understanding of BIM Level 2 / LOD standards and familiarity with UAE/GCC electrical design codes and regulations.
