Food and Beverage Supervisor- Cobb's Comedy

Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations for Cobb’s Comedy, ensuring high standards for service and food quality, guest relations, and a comfortable in-room atmosphere. Lead daily pre-shifts, interact with trainers and trainees, conduct table visits, and troubleshoot issues. Manage bar operations including liquor orders, inventory, cash handling, labor-cost monitoring, staffing schedules, and coordination with special events for successful service and accurate close-outs.
