Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure reviews and renewals of commercial/retail loan products are completed and re-documented as needed before becoming administrative past due.
  • •Conduct interim monitoring of loan covenants, borrowing base certificates, and other credit conditions; oversee renewals to avoid administrative past dues.
  • •Collaborate with relationship managers and lenders as a key deal-team member to prepare lending proposals/pitches, provide deal-structuring expertise, and negotiate transactions.
  • •Maintain portfolio performance oversight to maximize return and credit quality, including monitoring covenant compliance and high-risk loans per established procedures.
  • •Adhere to lending policies/procedures and regulatory requirements (including KYC and AML), including completing required analysis, approvals, and reporting of suspicious or reportable transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •More than 10 years of portfolio management experience.
  • •Strong ability to review and analyze complex financial statements and tax returns to evaluate ability to repay and assess structure, collateral, and ownership.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of bank operations/products, and related state/federal laws, regulations, and bank policies/procedures.
  • •Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, with ability to work with minimal supervision and apply common sense to instructions/instruct personnel.
