Support financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis for Pandora’s Northern Europe Cluster. You’ll deliver weekly and monthly sales/profitability KPI reporting, analyze business results, and build dashboards and analytical tools using Excel and Power BI. •Support weekly and monthly performance reporting for sales, profitability, and key commercial KPIs across the Northern Europe Cluster.
•Analyze business results and prepare reporting and dashboards to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for decision-making.
•Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes, including transparent financial steering and performance tracking.
•Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytical tools using Excel and Power BI.
•Contribute to business case development, scenario analyses, ad hoc financial evaluations, and strategic commercial projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
•1–3 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Business Analytics, or a similar finance role.
•Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
•Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with Power BI or related reporting/visualization tools.
