Job Summary

Grow Constellation Brands’ Wine and Spirits in the Napa/North Bay/East Bay region by partnering with distributor teams and market-level accounts. Own sales planning and program development, execute new launches and line extensions, and manage pricing, revenue management, incentives, and trade support. Build relationships with key leaders, coach distributor sales members, and conduct weekly performance reporting and post-promotional analysis using Compass/Northstar and other tools.

•Develop distributor business plan meetings, market surveys, competitive pricing surveys, and general sales meetings with distributor partners and National Accounts.
•Provide market intelligence and recommendations to support planning and account category leadership strategy.
•Execute new product launches and line extensions; manage pricing, revenue management, incentives, and trade support in assigned territory.
•Build and maintain relationships with BU VP, Sales Directors, Market Development Managers, and Key Account Managers; coach distributor sales members on brand priorities and standards.
•Prepare financial records, budgets, and forecasts; conduct post-promotional analysis and weekly progress checks; ensure required reports and T&E are submitted timely.

Salary: USD 114,500 - 175,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
•5 years of related wine industry experience required.
•Understanding of three-tier distribution system.
•Retail experience and experience managing supplier/distributor business across an entire state.
•Strong Microsoft Office skills (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Access, and OneNote) and proficiency with category management concepts, analytical techniques, and syndicated data.
