Key Responsibilities

  • •Support media relations by drafting press releases, media advisories, quotes, and background materials under the Media Relations Manager’s direction.
  • •Respond to media enquiries, coordinate interviews or information requests, and maintain media lists, journalist databases, and monitoring systems.
  • •Track media coverage and produce initial data for analysis and KPI reporting, including preparing talking points and messaging documents.
  • •Create and produce digital communications content across channels, including posts, graphics, and short-form videos, ensuring consistent branding and tone.
  • •Plan, record, and edit podcasts and webinars; coordinate guests and scripts; and provide basic support for video production and other multimedia materials.
