Key Responsibilities

  • •Transform Freshworks’ performance management from a process-heavy model into a streamlined, AI-assisted system tied to business outcomes.
  • •Design and own the end-to-end performance system, including tools, calibration approach, and manager/employee experience.
  • •Own employee listening strategy and programs, moving from periodic surveys to an always-on listening culture and translating signals into leadership action.
  • •Lead change management and enablement for both performance and listening, applying behavioral science to drive durable behavior change and adoption.
  • •Track program health and adoption effectiveness, surface risks/opportunities, and recommend improvements through measurable insights.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of progressive experience in HR, people strategy, organizational effectiveness, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives from design through execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Deep expertise in performance management design, including redesigning performance systems for fairness, scalability, and defensibility.
  • •Strong change management and enablement skills, with experience building leader capability and designing adoption strategies that stick.
