Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and collaborate with the Commercial team to integrate and streamline Change Management with Claims Management.
  • •Develop and implement work processes and tools for effective commercial administration of the Prime Contract.
  • •Administer and negotiate Prime Contract changes to ensure continuous updates and to minimize exposure to changes.
  • •Analyze and negotiate changes with the contractor and internal subject matter experts, ensuring correct contractual provisions and appropriate approvals.
  • •Manage commercial risk by ensuring cost/time/risk control, minimizing conflicts, and liaising with claims experts on contentious issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
  • •7 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • •Further extended studies in claims and dispute resolution.
  • •MBA in a related subject.
  • •International power or nuclear program experience.
