Account Operations Outside Specialist II (Manheim)

Serve as a primary point of contact to resolve client issues for Manheim accounts, partnering with auction teams and stakeholders to deliver responsive customer service around vehicle condition and discrepancies. Coordinate vehicle sale run processes, reconditioning estimates/approvals, and condition report/imaging audits to protect policy and goodwill. Liaise with clients on auction processes and recommend or upsell Manheim/CAI products based on needs. Maintain Cox standards and safety compliance while handling documentation and redemptions when needed.
