Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager

Support UMB’s Corporate Trust team by partnering with Relationship Managers to deliver a high-touch customer experience for existing corporate trust clients. Provide administrative support, respond to client inquiries, and help resolve administrative and operations issues. Use Microsoft products and UMB systems to maintain records and execute client requests with strong attention to detail, compile performance data, and coordinate activities with operations staff and custodian banks.
