  • •Own the development and execution of marketing projects across acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention objectives.
  • •Manage concurrent engagements end-to-end, including kickoffs, status meetings, executive reviews, and post-campaign analyses while handling scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
  • •6+ years of marketing experience with a majority in a marketing function; fintech/enabler experience is a plus.
  • •Broad marketing experience across areas including digital, print, lifecycle, sponsorship, experiential, influencer, content, media, CRM, and campaign execution.
  • •Strong project management skills leading cross-functional projects from planning through measurement.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Tableau, and AI tools.
