Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor and 2 years of experience as an attorney with fund formation experience.
  • •Must be admitted and in good standing with the NY bar as a licensed attorney.
  • •Experience and demonstrated knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
  • •Experience and demonstrated knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933.
  • •Experience and demonstrated knowledge of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
