Key Responsibilities

  • •Support recruitment for the Mental Health hub, including Counsellors, Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, and Clinical Psychologists.
  • •Manage full lifecycle resourcing from requisition and search through selection, offer management, and acceptance.
  • •Partner with hiring managers and the broader people team to deliver excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • •Proactively source and build talent pools using multi-channel strategies and in-house management systems alongside social media networks.
  • •Pre-screen candidates to ensure they meet role requirements and align with Bupa culture and values.
