Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of Hearing Care Coordinators, including recruitment, hiring, and ongoing performance management.
  • •Observe, explain, and coach scheduled evaluations and capacity/demand, and review accuracy in regional collections and transactions.
  • •Supervise clinic inventory control and oversee insurance processing, including proper completion of patient Benefit Checks.
  • •Provide comprehensive training beyond onboarding, facilitate mentoring partnerships, and support new HCC onboarding.
  • •Drive performance success by achieving KPIs related to demand and accountable activities, including calendar/capacity management and reporting to marketing monthly.
