Key Responsibilities

  • •Operationalize contingent workforce priorities with the Senior Manager and regional Program Managers across the global program.
  • •Lead operational workstreams for global program expansion, technology implementations, and enterprise initiatives.
  • •Continuously redesign operational workflows using business process improvement, automation, AI capabilities, and technology enhancements.
  • •Own administration and continuous optimization of SAP Fieldglass and supporting contingent workforce technologies, including platform optimization and release coordination.
  • •Build operational dashboards, KPIs, and reporting, translating operational data into actionable recommendations; support SOX controls and audit readiness with Internal Audit.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in contingent workforce operations, HR technology, procurement operations, business systems, program management, or related operational roles.
  • •Experience administering or implementing a Vendor Management System (SAP Fieldglass preferred; Beeline or similar VMS accepted).
  • •Experience leading cross-functional operational or technology implementation projects.
  • •Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Demonstrated systems thinking and stakeholder management skills across the contingent workforce lifecycle.
