  • •Own end-to-end design standards to ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility by evolving design system usage and inclusive design practices.
  • •Partner strategically with senior stakeholders across Product, Tech, Research, and Business, representing the customer voice in decision-making forums.
  • •Remain hands-on with design reviews, refinement of strategy, and occasional contribution to critical design artefacts while delegating effectively.
