Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve internal or partner-reported operational issues with the appropriate internal teams.
  • •Work with GNP Business Development, GNS Technology, and GNO Network teams to address issues.
  • •Ensure partners adhere to and comply with AEGN operational policy.
  • •Drive root-cause analysis and resolution, and identify proactive steps to prevent recurrence.
  • •Support program management/project support by managing workstreams to deadlines and tracking progress with stakeholders.

Key Requirements
