Collect delinquent accounts using agreed collection strategies while following all policies and guidelines. Deliver transparent, professional client service by creating cure plans and negotiating payment arrangements. Manage client communications, disclose relevant account information accurately, and execute call scripts. Thoroughly document collection efforts in the system of record, process payments and transactions, complete required CBT, and meet performance and call monitoring expectations.
