Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-functional e-commerce projects from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
  • •Manage inventory for shop.spacex.com and SpaceX employee retail stores, including PO issuance and invoice closeout for vendors.
  • •Coordinate and prioritize work across product, developers, marketing, customer service, logistics, and external agencies/vendors.
  • •Manage vendor relationships and third-party platform partners, including monitoring project KPIs and reporting insights to leadership.
