Key Responsibilities

  • •Spearhead establishment of global entities and support payment cost reduction, payment success-rate improvement, and payment license obtainment.
  • •Strategize corporate ownership structure in coordination with legal teams to fence risks for licensed entities.
  • •Administer post-incorporation matters such as registration information changes, entity structure maintenance, and corporate document archiving.
  • •Manage board and shareholder meeting processes: standardize cadence, prepare agendas/packs, coordinate attendees, take minutes, and generate resolutions.
  • •Coordinate with compliance officers on governance disclosures, policy approvals and periodic reviews, and provide governance materials for license applications, renewals, inspections, and internal audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven ability to build and maintain relationships in complex environments.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Result oriented with a strong eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • •Preferred: 5+ years experience in corporate secretary, corporate governance, or law, preferably in multinational fintech/financial services.
  • •Functional knowledge of and experience implementing corporate governance or compliance frameworks.
