Key Responsibilities

  • •Cultivate and expand HSBC Premier relationships for high-net-worth clients, aligning with business targets and strategic plans.
  • •Maximize profit and growth by developing new and existing Premier client relationships and achieving financial targets.
  • •Conduct regular client reviews to understand needs and recommend suitable products and services, including cross-selling.
  • •Ensure compliance with HSBC policies and regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and sanctions, while managing operational risk.
  • •Support team members and collaborate with branch colleagues to meet standards, deliver operating models, and achieve performance measures.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 5 years of relevant experience and demonstrated success in wealth products.
  • •Proven experience managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, with strong wealth management expertise.
  • •Excellent communication skills focused on client engagement and influence, including sales and networking orientation.
  • •Educational background: bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
  • •Possess valid licenses/accreditations in wealth management as required by local regulations, including completing required AML and sanctions training.
