Key Responsibilities

  • •Own financial reporting and forecasting end to end for Marketplace Experience operations, including P&L accuracy and credible Best Estimates.
  • •Set the analytical agenda by defining key cost drivers and unit-economics questions to drive decisions.
  • •Design and own the financial toolkit (models, dashboards, self-serve frameworks) relied on by local teams and leadership across markets.
  • •Act as finance business partner to Service Delivery Leads, country operations, BPO partners, and HQ FP&A to influence decisions and maintain financial discipline.
  • •Lead deep-dives on material variances to root cause, size impact, and drive corrective plans through execution.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience across consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate/operational finance, with real ownership of a P&L or major cost base.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • •Hands-on financial acumen including advanced financial modelling, fluency with accounting statements, and unit economics.
  • •Sharp analytical judgment to structure ambiguous problems, identify key levers, and determine what analysis is worth doing.
  • •Advanced Excel plus strong command of SQL and/or data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
