Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift.
  • •Fully manage facilities to meet or exceed production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • •Identify bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency; conduct root cause analysis and execute action plans with site leadership and associates.
  • •Conduct weekly site performance reviews reporting on performance versus targets, challenges, and countermeasures.
  • •Guide daily site manager huddles and support continuous improvement projects including implementing and training process changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Be open to relocation after training (ideally nationwide; at minimum regionally across Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, or West Coast).
  • •8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience leading a team of 50+ associates with a track record of developing employees.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
