Senior Operations Manager (Relocation Required)

Oversee multiple reconditioning lines within Carvana’s Inspection & Reconditioning Center, ensuring production metrics for throughput, cost, and quality are consistently met. Manage facilities in the General Manager’s absence, identify bottlenecks with root-cause analysis, and execute action plans with site leadership. Lead weekly performance reviews, guide daily manager huddles, and drive continuous improvement while supporting development of reconditioning lead/manager teams.
