Key Responsibilities

  • •Edit and prepare DSS Tasker responses and assigned topics, including researching and preparing special reports and findings.
  • •Screen and distribute materials to appropriate staff; review cables and assign taskers within the division as appropriate.
  • •Edit trend analyses, threat analyses, and impact studies.
  • •Arrange assigned schedules, provide meeting support, and handle timekeeping.
  • •Support travel preparations and passport/visa processing; manage documents and provide administrative backup when needed for senior offices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in management or business administration and 5 to 7 years of experience; executive-level experience can substitute for education if 10+ years.
  • •Strong customer relations experience and experience working/interacting with senior management.
  • •Solid working knowledge of Time and Attendance and DSS Tasker Log, plus /E2 Solutions, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Proficiency with SharePoint and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Must have a Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret and/or SCI.
