Key Responsibilities

  • •Be a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to products, projects, samples, pricing, and documentation with timely, accurate responses.
  • •Manage the project pipeline with Key Account Managers, updating status, progress, and timelines in CRM systems.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Operations, Pricing, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain) to align commercial and operational activities.
  • •Lead commercial data management by maintaining accurate, up-to-date master data and records in CRM and related systems.
  • •Prepare commercial documentation (offers, quotations, tender materials) and maintain customer price lists in internal systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • •Previous proven experience working cross-functionally in a commercial environment.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including experience with master data management and SAP.
  • •Fluent English; knowledge of French or Spanish is considered an advantage.
  • •Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
