Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with enterprise customers to design and build high-impact applications and AI-powered workflows on Replit from concept to production deployment.
  • •Architect secure, scalable enterprise solutions connecting Replit to existing systems, data, APIs, identity providers, and infrastructure.
  • •Integrate Replit with customer stacks including SSO, data warehouses, internal APIs, and SaaS systems.
  • •Own complex enterprise technical deployments by identifying blockers, debugging issues, and driving production adoption.
  • •Translate field insights and recurring needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams; ship templates and playbooks back to the platform.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience building and deploying production software.
  • •Strong programming skills and the ability to work across unfamiliar codebases, APIs, and technical environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLM applications in production (retrieval, tool calls, and evals).
  • •Experience designing and owning complex technical systems from architecture through production.
  • •Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and independently drive technical projects to completion.
