•Perform traditional account management for all accounts in the territory, maintaining communications with distribution partners, end users, OEMs, and contractors to build long-term relationships.
•Lead Canadian sales efforts through agents and distribution to grow demand and establish product specifications for major projects, retrofits, MRO, and temporary power.
•Target engineering firms and international accounts to expand Appleton product specifications and drive export opportunities with global certifications.
•Implement sales and marketing programs, build strategic plans, and forecast opportunities for existing and new products.
•Coordinate with customer service resources to ensure pricing accuracy and distributor appointments; provide technical field support and training as needed.
