Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of software, application, and infrastructure services for a key logistics client. Own operational excellence, contractual compliance, service quality, and client satisfaction through governance, escalation management, crisis/disaster planning, and continuous improvement. Manage delivery life cycle execution, automate repetitive tasks to boost performance, and drive financial forecasting and cost management while advising executive stakeholders and partnering across internal and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Accountable for end-to-end delivery of NTT DATA software and application services for a logistics client.
•Ensure adherence to contractual commitments, monitoring delivery quality and client satisfaction with key stakeholders.
•Develop and maintain crisis management/disaster plans and implement project mitigation plans for deliverables.
•Manage outage/escalation/missed SLA incidents, implement automation and efficiency programs, and drive client improvement plans.
•Ensure accurate revenue/cost/margin forecasting and manage costs, while advising executive leadership and collaborating with client and internal stakeholders to expand services footprint.

Key Requirements

•Must be a US citizen or Green card holder to proceed with applying.
•Requires being local to Mahwah, New Jersey, with a hybrid expectation (2-3 days per week) onsite at the client’s location.
•Requires a Bachelors degree to apply.
•Lead end-to-end delivery of software, application, and infrastructure services in complex service delivery environments.
•Strong expertise in infrastructure services including cloud and data center colocation, with ability to manage financial performance and large matrixed teams.
