Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for end-to-end delivery of NTT DATA software and application services for a logistics client.
  • •Ensure adherence to contractual commitments, monitoring delivery quality and client satisfaction with key stakeholders.
  • •Develop and maintain crisis management/disaster plans and implement project mitigation plans for deliverables.
  • •Manage outage/escalation/missed SLA incidents, implement automation and efficiency programs, and drive client improvement plans.
  • •Ensure accurate revenue/cost/margin forecasting and manage costs, while advising executive leadership and collaborating with client and internal stakeholders to expand services footprint.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a US citizen or Green card holder to proceed with applying.
  • •Requires being local to Mahwah, New Jersey, with a hybrid expectation (2-3 days per week) onsite at the client’s location.
  • •Requires a Bachelors degree to apply.
