  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, including forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in commercial environments.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent, typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with hand-held computers (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit-and-run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or preventable collisions) in the last 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to work overtime and weekends as business needs require, including occasional overnight stays.
