Key Responsibilities

  • •Innovate to develop CAD tools, flows, and methodologies to improve design efficiency and quality for NAND/DRAM/HBM memory.
  • •Evaluate, develop, enhance, and debug in-house and commercial EDA tools and flows for design, physical layout, and verification of CMOS integrated circuits.
  • •Develop CAD software engineering applications, including assessing architecture and hardware limitations.
  • •Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users on new tools and methods.
  • •Collaborate with design, process teams, vendors, and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong programming fundamentals.
  • •Experience with Unix and shell scripting.
  • •Preferred: in-depth experience with SKILL and Python; C, C++, Java, Visual Basic, Perl, or Lisp experience will be considered.
  • •Masters degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Preferred: demonstrated ability in EE/CE, including VLSI circuit design and IC design CAD tools (schematics, layouts, simulation, verification).
