Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide and design verification/validation environments (HIL, SIL, MIL) to meet model-based design test goals.
  • •Lead creation and review of software test specs, test cases, and test reports; provide feedback on software black testing and hardware integration testing.
  • •Develop automated test scripts and manual test procedures for motor control and digital product functions, and design/setup general testers for motor control modules.
  • •Perform functional, integration, and system-level testing to ensure software quality and compliance; translate customer requirements into software specifications.
  • •Develop and maintain LabVIEW/Matlab automated test scripts and frameworks; analyze results, document findings, maintain test environments/tools/equipment, and train technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •BSEE or higher in electrical or automation engineering.
  • •8+ years of embedded software testing experience, preferably in motor control systems (e.g., PWM, PID).
  • •Proficiency with LabVIEW and scripting/programming languages such as Python or C++.
  • •Hands-on experience with lab and test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debugging equipment).
  • •Familiarity with software development and testing practices (version control, unit testing, bug tracking).
