Job Summary

Develop and qualify production test solutions for analog/mixed-signal ICs used in Automotive and Industrial markets. Build ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) test hardware and software, perform qualification and characterization against product and manufacturing requirements, and partner cross-functionally across Design, Test, Manufacturing, Quality and Reliability. Drive failure analysis, analyze customer returns, and improve yield, test coverage, and test time while collaborating with global manufacturing facilities and supporting new facility technology developments.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) test hardware and software, including qualification hardware development.
•Perform qualification and characterization of integrated circuits to meet product and manufacturing specifications.
•Use failure analysis (FA) to determine root cause of reliability and qualification failures.
•Collaborate with global manufacturing facilities to address product quality, yield management, and cost-reduction issues on mature products.
•Analyze customer returns and perform statistical analysis of yield fallout to debug/fix yield issues, improve test coverage, and optimize test time.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
•5 years of relevant experience.
•ATE experience on Teradyne Eagle (ETS88, ETS364, ETS800) or equivalent analog ATE (V93K, J750HD, VLCT, IMPACT, HSM).
•Production ATE test program and hardware development experience.
•Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, analog test techniques, and data analysis using Spotfire or equivalent tool based on STDF.
