Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead board design and development for high-performance FPGA/ASIC platforms, including schematic design, component selection, and system architecture.
  • •Collaborate on PCB layout, SI/PI optimization, and design reviews to ensure robust and manufacturable solutions.
  • •Own hardware bring-up, system stabilization, and complex debugging, including power, SI/PI, and firmware–hardware interactions.
  • •Support DVT execution and perform root-cause analysis for system-level issues.
  • •Act as technical liaison for field deployments, supporting system integration, customer issues, and real-world debug scenarios.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering or electrical engineering.
  • •Strong hands-on experience in high-speed board design and system bring-up, including debugging of complex hardware issues.
  • •Proficiency with EDA tools such as Cadence Allegro and OrCAD.
  • •Ability to work across hardware, firmware, and software stacks with strong cross-functional communication.
  • •Relevant hardware experience with FPGA/ASIC platforms and high-speed interfaces.
