Key Responsibilities

  • •Work within the HR team and collaborate closely with members and consultants, reporting to the recruitment lead.
  • •Assist with recruitment and Grandes Ecoles/MBAs marketing activities, including candidate application management and scheduling.
  • •Support recruitment reporting and maintain related tools and the recruitment database.
  • •Organize, deploy, and track international interns for the Gap Year Program across company overseas offices.
  • •Contribute to cross-functional HR topics as needed by the service.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursue a Master cycle as part of an apprenticeship or professionalization contract, with at least Bac+3 training in Human Resources.
  • •First experience in an HR department is strongly appreciated.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication, customer-service mindset, and ability to work pragmatically and autonomously in a team.
  • •Good command of Office tools and a good level of English.
