Key Responsibilities

  • •Be Salesforce’s senior technical voice on Data and AI in EMEA, representing the architectural point of view externally through events, conferences, analyst briefings, and customer roundtables.
  • •Operate as a senior technical authority in strategic EMEA deal cycles, influencing enterprise data and AI strategy at CDAO/CTO/CIO level.
  • •Lead architectural deep-dives, whiteboard sessions, and design sprints; build hands-on prototypes and proof-of-value demonstrations delivered in under two weeks.
  • •Own key technical architecture decisions for customer engagements, including data modeling, identity resolution, real-time vs batch patterns, data graph design, and activation strategies within Data360.
  • •Package reusable architectural patterns and playbooks, and multiply the team’s impact through coaching, IP contributions, and translating field insights into enablement and roadmap input.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, technical consulting, or technical pre-sales in Data and AI domains.
  • •Hands-on expertise across enterprise data platforms, AI/ML, Generative AI, and agentic architectures (including Agentforce, Data360, and the Salesforce platform).
  • •Demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives (CDO, CTO, CIO, CDAO) and influence architecture decisions as a trusted advisor.
  • •Proven track record presenting at major industry events and publishing technical thought leadership or building a recognized personal brand in Data and AI.
  • •Fluency across the modern data and AI stack, including cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), agentic frameworks, RAG, vector databases, LLM orchestration, data governance, and enterprise integration patterns.
