Own a technical product vertical end to end for BJAK’s Neobank Superapp, covering strategy, outcomes, roadmap, and delivery—from technical design to launch. Partner with engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance to shape system boundaries and ensure money-movement correctness, scalability, security, and reliability. Treat licensing, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, and monitoring as first-class product inputs, and apply AI where it improves measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a product vertical end-to-end, including outcomes, metrics, roadmap prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
•Shape technical design with engineering across correctness, security, latency, scalability, and recovery, including money-movement correctness and third-party rail behavior.
•Make and defend hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX under pushback.
•Treat regulated constraints (licensing scope, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, monitoring, data residency and privacy) as core product inputs.
•Apply AI where it earns its place (allowed decisions, human-in-the-loop, evaluation) and ship features behind external gates (partner and regulatory readiness).

Key Requirements

•Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end, with strong judgment and decisiveness under ambiguity.
•Strong technical foundation in system design (APIs, datastores, queues/workflows, failure modes, concurrency) and ability to challenge design docs.
•Experience in a regulated, high-consequence domain such as payments, banking, remittance, or insurance (or ability to ramp quickly).
•Hands-on AI judgment for LLM-based products, including evaluation and understanding when models must not be in the loop.
•Nice to have: an engineer or highly-technical PM background, zero-to-one experience, and shipped AI-heavy consumer products.
