Job Summary

Relationship Manager will proactively acquire and manage high-value clients in the web3/crypto space, driving KPI-based growth in trading volume, assets, and revenue through professional consultation, customized solutions, and frequent travel. The role requires strong goal orientation, rapid learning, and the ability to build long-term client relationships across APAC regions in a remote, KPI-driven environment.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and expand high-value clients through multiple channels (in-person visits, events, communities, referrals); maintain a structured lead pipeline and follow-up rhythm
•Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships; conduct regular reviews to understand trading needs, capital scale and product preferences; own KPI targets for your client portfolio
•Provide in-depth product and solutions advisory across leading trading platforms; deliver customized recommendations and analyze product lines (spot, derivatives, Earn/wealth management, etc.) for clients
•Track industry trends, competitor strategies and new product types; translate knowledge into valuable insights and recommendations for clients
•Identify and acquire high-value clients (professional traders, family offices, etc.) and drive monthly/quarterly performance targets through effective client engagement

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•2+ years of web3 industry experience with usage or service experience across exchanges, wallets, custody or DeFi products
•Highly KPI-driven role requiring goal orientation, fast learning and the ability to travel frequently
•Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with ability to identify and manage high-potential clients
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields preferred
•Fluent in English and Chinese; ability to work cross-language in client-facing roles
