Staff Analytics Engineer

Own the evolution of an analytics engineering platform that turns raw telemetry data into trusted, scalable, AI-ready models. Build and maintain certified dbt models, establish standards for modeling/testing/documentation/code review, and design semantic/metadata layers for reliable analytics and self-service. Partner with analysts and data engineering to migrate business logic into governed warehouse models, improve Snowflake performance and cost efficiency, and mentor others on dbt and data modeling best practices.
