Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn and gradually take ownership of HR Operations processes, including pre-onboarding/onboarding, HR documentation, employee data maintenance, lifecycle changes, and HR administration.
  • •Respond to employee queries and ensure issues are followed through to resolution, while supporting reporting, trackers, and HR data requirements.
  • •Identify repetitive tasks, unnecessary steps, and manual processes; ask questions to understand “why” and propose simplification or automation opportunities.
  • •Explore tools, technology, and AI that could improve efficiency, working with the HR team to implement practical solutions.
  • •Learn and use HR systems and data—support system testing/improvements, investigate system issues, and use Excel to answer questions and identify trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience.
  • •Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field is helpful, but not essential.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Comfortable working with Excel, data, and digital tools.
  • •Interest in HR technology, automation, and AI, with an organised and detail-oriented approach.
