Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct technical support to customers and partners via phone, chat, and web-based systems across the APAC region.
  • •Troubleshoot FortiSASE by collecting, analyzing, and recommending changes to configuration and customer system information.
  • •Recommend corrective actions based on analysis and perform reproduction of customer environments on lab equipment to isolate and resolve problems.
  • •Consult technical documentation, bulletins, and release notes for known problems and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • •Follow up on technical cases with proper escalation and management until case closure, including leading customer escalation meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in network and cybersecurity roles, preferably in enterprise, service provider, or security vendor environments.
  • •Hands-on expertise with Fortinet products, especially FortiGate (policy design, VPNs, routing, NAT, UTM features, and high availability).
  • •Strong knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals with troubleshooting using packet capture and logs.
  • •Proven experience with Layer 2/Layer 3 networking and dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
  • •Solid understanding of network security technologies (Firewall, IPS, Anti-Malware, Web Filtering, Application Control, DDoS protection) and Zero Trust concepts.
