Job Summary

Lead a hands-on deployment team delivering end-to-end software implementations for Tabs’ revenue-automation platform. You’ll mentor Deployment Strategists, own onboarding and ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks), shape repeatable delivery playbooks, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure successful go-lives and exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead & coach a small team of Deployment Strategists, providing regular feedback and professional development
•Own high-impact implementations end-to-end: onboarding complex customers, mapping business processes, configuring Tabs, and managing ERP integrations to ensure smooth go-lives
•Drive continuous improvement by refining playbooks, standardizing workflows, and enhancing internal tools and data visibility
•Serve as the customer SME: translate accounting and revenue recognition needs into configuration and implementation decisions
•Partner cross-functionally to surface insights to Product and Engineering, identify product gaps, and prioritize enhancements for scalable delivery

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or professional services at SaaS or fintech companies
•Experience mentoring or managing a small team while maintaining direct project ownership

•Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition, order-to-cash workflows, or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks)
•Based in New York City, available to work in office five days per week
