Trainer II - Secret Clearance required

Prepare and deliver Mission Command training for Army Mission Command Systems, supporting unit commander training objectives from squads through divisions. Plan, coordinate, and execute collective training, identify and close gaps in resources or equipment, and update training support packages and products. Develop curricula, lectures, and computer-based training aids, maintain a repository of TTPs, and integrate LVCG+MC methods. Provide over-the-shoulder simulation and SME support as assigned.
