Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the Groveport branch business operations, reporting to the Branch Manager.
  • •Support business and sales objectives, strengthen culture with branch leadership, and provide on-site support to key leadership.
  • •Implement policies and drive operational efficiency improvements across standardization, quality control, safety, site selection, facility design, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Maintain safety and security in accordance with OSHA standards and ensure compliance through internal audit processes.
  • •Lead associates and develop standard operating procedures, oversee inventory/purchasing coordination with the shared purchasing center, and support facility/maintenance and process reviews to grow market share.
