Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the long-term management and growth of AECOM’s Federal portfolio in the Pacific Northwest, including multi-year / multi-task order contracts.
  • •Manage and lead federal projects and programs and oversee related project task orders from an executive level.
  • •Build and lead a dedicated project management team; collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and General Contractors; direct AECOM staff and subcontractors.
  • •Develop and track pipeline, teaming partnerships, and strategic growth plans; oversee technical approaches and cost estimates for proposals.
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards and quality assurance programs; manage project schedule, budget, risk register, and cash flow.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience managing projects or programs (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • •Valid Driver’s License is required.
  • •Drug testing will be required for this position.
  • •Proven track record managing and leading federal projects and programs (e.g., USACE, NAVFAC, U.S. Air Force, or other Federal Agencies).
