Job Summary

Ensure process and quality support to meet safety, quality, production, delivery, and cost objectives for the plant’s Compressors and HVAC manufacturing areas. Maintain and audit Fan Coil product validation processes, including calibration of leak-detection equipment for reliable results. Update PFMEA, control plans, and JSA, and define line balancing. Measure, analyze, and improve SCRAP, FPY, DPU, downtime, and line efficiency KPIs while supporting engineering changes and quality investigations.

Key Responsibilities

•Audit and maintain Fan Coil validation processes to ensure reliable results and compliance with quality requirements.
•Maintain up-to-date method sheets, visual aids, and quality records at the source.
•Update PFMEA, control plan, and JSA for any product or process changes.
•Define and control line balancing, STD work, and combined work sheets.
•Measure, analyze, and improve SCRAP, FPY, DPU, downtime, and line efficiency indicators; support concessions analysis and warranties, and follow up on engineering changes, complaints, and CARs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in metal-mechanics manufacturing processes (desirable).
•Experience in manufacturing engineering / process engineering / quality engineering areas.
•About 3 years of knowledge in the area of responsibility (e.g., assembly / sheet metal / machining).
•General knowledge including AutoCAD, Office, Lean Manufacturing, Core tools, DMAIC, GD&T, and Minitab.
•Advanced conversational English.
