Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and day-to-day lead across TK Maxx Hub, SharkNinja and Danone, building strong relationships with senior clients and market teams.
•Provide media and influence insights, bringing a deep understanding of the evolving media, creator and influence landscape and identifying opportunities for brands to earn attention and relevance.
•Create assets, including toolkits and content, that support global hub requirements and local market activation.
•Act as a market liaison to coordinate, advise and align multiple markets, ensuring campaigns are delivered consistently while allowing for local nuance.
•Strategy and creativity: write strategic plans and champion bold, creative work; data-driven storytelling to build and drive effective campaigns; campaign coordination across global, regional and local teams.

Key Requirements

•Multi-market experience with the ability to coordinate across markets and coordinating hub responsibilities including market coordination, toolkit development, content planning and campaign roll-out.
•Strong media, creator and influence insight with the confidence to advise senior clients and markets.
•Proven track record creating and activating impactful campaigns for major consumer brands, ideally across fashion and retail, lifestyle technology, and food and drink sectors.
•Financial acumen: proficient in preparing, tracking, and managing project budgets.
•Excellent client leadership, able to manage day-to-day relationships and lead projects from concept design to final delivery.
