Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the daily operations of the Marine Educator team to deliver educational activities to the highest standards.
  • •Deliver, delegate, and monitor educational programmes and marine animal activities for different group sizes, including school and booking coordination.
  • •Coach and develop Marine Educators through structured training, listening, research, participation, and constructive feedback based on assessments.
  • •Support conservation and education programme development and assist with programme evaluation and reporting to enhance education and meet KPIs.
  • •Assist with administrative duties (scheduling, supplies, events, reports), ensure SOP/manual accuracy, maintain clean and safe guest environments, and uphold animal welfare practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Biology, Zoology, Marine Science, Communication, or a related field.
  • •Supervisory experience of at least 2+ years.
  • •Previous experience in education and guest experience in a zoo, aquarium, or museum.
  • •Experience developing and implementing educational programmes and materials, including education evaluation.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
