•Deliver HSBC’s Global Trade Solutions (GTS) CM strategy and operating model aligned with global targets.
•Contribute to revenue growth through retention, reduced service time, and increased client usage of self-serve solutions.
•Handle and resolve client queries related to trade account opening, HSBCnet ITS, and Trade Academy.
•Coordinate with Transaction Services, Sales, RMs and internal/external staff to ensure service performance and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

•A Bachelor degree preferable in business or related area.
•Strong experience in customer service-oriented roles.
•Good knowledge of traditional trade products, account opening, and banking facilities.
•Strong interpersonal skills and leadership to create a collaborative work environment with a wide variety of business stakeholders.
•Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions using good judgment and business sense.
