Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement modifications to systems and processes to capture opportunities for improvement.
  • •Analyze manufacturing processes and systems to identify waste, redundancy, and process bottlenecks.
  • •Serve as a key liaison to operations and act as a catalyst to implement process change and system implementation.
  • •Conduct feasibility studies and perform analysis leading to process change and end-user training; create functional specifications and implementation plans.
  • •Manage maintenance training programs: create and maintain training plans, coordinate onboarding and cross-training, and administer the Litmos Training program.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. Degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical degree), or a Master’s with a B.S. in Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • •6–10 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
  • •Desired experience managing consumer products manufacturing.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing execution and supply chain optimization, production planning, detailed production scheduling, and process costing.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to create written documentation; familiarity with manufacturing execution systems and SAP MM/QM/PP/PI modules a plus.
