•Lead, inspire, and develop country marketing teams across EMEA to ensure alignment between Global, EMEA, and local strategies.
•Translate global and regional business objectives into regional priorities and drive development and review of country marketing plans.
•Own the regional marketing flywheel, integrating brand campaigns, community engagement, retail, wholesale, and partner activations.
•Lead retail, wholesale, and key account marketing strategy, creating premium consumer-centric activations and impactful retail/field programmes.
•Establish KPI frameworks, leverage consumer and commercial insights, and optimize regional marketing performance through continuous improvement.
